He listened to what we wanted to do, he came up with some great ideas to help us plan, and he finished the project on time before our daughter's graduation. Kevin's full service approach made it easy. He listened to our concerns and anticipated out desires and in concert with a nursery, developed a plan that would add color throughout the season. Then he tackled the job... finishing it in one fell swoop. Neighbors commented that they had never seen anyone work so hard. They were right! In the summer of 2009, my husband and I hired Kevin James to seed our yard where we were having difficulty growing grass. The problem area was under the large maple trees located in our back yard. We had tried for many years to grow grass in this area but were never successful but that all changed after Kevin seeded the area and gave us some pointers. Within a few weeks we were enjoying a beautiful lawn.

Kevin also placed pavers around our existing landscaping which we feel really accented the yard. We found his work to be very professional and well worth the investment.
