In the summer of 2009, my husband and I hired Kevin James to seed our yard where we were having difficulty growing grass. The problem area was under the large maple trees located in our back yard. We had tried for many years to grow grass in this area but were never successful but that all changed after Kevin seeded the area and gave us some pointers. Within a few weeks we were enjoying a beautiful lawn.

Kevin also placed pavers around our existing landscaping which we feel really accented the yard. We found his work to be very professional and well worth the investment.

He listened carefully to our ideas, made some great suggestions to improve structural durability, and came up with a beautiful design that exceeded our expectations. We were also very impressed with his meticulous nature. If he wasn’t satisfied with the end result after working on a particularly challenging spot in the wall, he would pull the blocks off and try a different approach until he achieved the best quality results. If we ever have any major landscaping needs, we would definitely call KJ’s Green Thumb again.”

Kevin has worked on my yard for the last 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. We have Kevin annually help us with our front lawn where he has power raked, seeded and fertilized each spring as well as applying the necessary lawn application during the summer and fall.
